Refund Request

 Every customer is liable to initiate a telephonic/sms request for refund of the received product/s –
 Order cancellation is accepted within 1 days from payment. Post 1 days cancellation not accepted.
 If the good delivered is damaged beforehand.
 If the delivered variety is different from ordered variety.
 If the delivered item is less quantity than the ordered quantity.
 To initiate the process of refund, the customer should send a picture of the damaged/faulty good via email
( or contact through telephone or through whatsaap.
 After the customer gets in touch with us, the process of refund is initiated by The Anima Foundation team with
utmost haste.
 The refund request must be made within 2-3 hours of product delivery.
 If the customer has filed for a refund, the paid amount is duly returned back to the customer’s bank
account/online wallet within 5-7 business days.
 The customer is kept updated throughout the refund/exchange process via email/SMS.
